Biography: Jean M. Boyers has been drawing all her life and started painting at an early age with encouragement from her teachers. She won her first award for a portrait and since has completed over five hundred portraits.

Jean graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a degree in art. She has completed hundreds of paintings in various media. She paints portraits, flowers, animals, and building details. Once she painted a mural of the works of a heat treat plant for national advertising. Jean has taught art to all ages, from children to senior adults. She motivates the other members of the New Visions Art League and the Art League of the Ozarks in Missouri.

Art is vital in her life. Jean's art has achieved recognition through hundreds of awards and sales.
